Client Experience Officer  (CEO)

Job Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic client experience officer to join our team and engage with clients to ensure fantastic service and care is provided at every step.

Koru Natural Therapies is an Osteopathic Clinic in Chirnside Park, and We’re Looking For an Enthusiastic Client Experience Officer (admin team).

A casual or part time position is available at our osteopathy practice in Chirnside Park, Victoria. Your role will focus on providing excellent service for our wonderful clients.

The successful applicant will be employed in a role that involves engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is beyond expectation. You’ll be responsible for assisting the practice manager, and taking over reception duties as required, which may sometimes be at short notice.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

  6. You can work on your own, knowing that everything falls on you.
  7. You communicate well and possess a warm and caring phone manner.
  8. You smile when you answer the phone, and always go the extra mile to help out.
  9. You are well educated and a quick learner. You have great computer skills and are willing to learn our internal systems.
  10. You love to work, you are always willing to give 100% and you actively participate in the success of the clinic.
  11. You have great integrity. You are trustworthy and honest.
  12. You can follow directions and you are happy to receive constructive feedback.
  13. You can effectively prioritise your time.
  14. You have a great sense of humour, and you are a passionate and motivated person.
  15. You are competent in daily reception duties and able to learn new things quickly.
  16. You are proficient with the use of English language and have great communication skills both online and in ­person.
  17. You are double vaccinated or are willing to be vaccinated for COVID-19 (this is a requirement to work in healthcare clinics as directed by the Department of Health).

The successful applicant will need to be available on most days during the week at short notice and have the flexibility to adjust work hours to suit.
